The trouble is that sometimes hard to know which is what we should focus on and what is just a distraction. This is of course on purpose.

    For some people doing long division in their head is impossible task.

    If you don't feel you can lead, don't be afraid to follow.

    But try to pay attention to what people are priotizing, especially when they take the time to explain why
