    I was about to agree with you but I reread it. Women is used as well, and the sentence that uses females is about their biology not choice.

    Still not accepting the argument about the implication on men’s coding though.

    There was no need to use "females" at all in that sentence structure.

    It's literally the subject of the thread. taps title also, how would you describe a non adult person with two x chromosomes? There's no such thing as a prepubescent "woman." That's an oxymoron.
