Plus you get to prepare exactly what you want and how you like it. It’s been so gratifying to see him expand his cooking skills with fish. He can rival most restaurants now in my opinion in terms of tastiness. I'm reasonably sure someone aware of -and willing to discuss- such things is someone who makes an effort with others' feelings and wishes.
