But it's never stopped a war in 250 years. It's never stopped a genocide in 250 years. It's never liberated the working class in 250 years. It didn't give women the right to vote. It didn't give black people the right to vote. Honestly, I can't think of a single major policy that voting ever effected. Oh wait. I know why I think that.
