In a scenario in which both political parties are building death camps, you are either one of the people who want the death camps to be built and would likely be evilmaxxing (vote for the one building more death camps), or you’re one of the people who will end up in the death camps in which case you wouldn’t be voting at all, you’d be fleeing.
