I don't think millionaires in USA are the reason why kids in Africa are starving

Then I have some terrible news for you.... Millionaires in the USA and elsewhere are pretty much exactly why kids in Africa are starving (to death, lest the implied goes unnoticed.)

you might want to look up "colonization", the British, Spanish, Portuguese, etc colonized much of Africa, drained it of resources, then that same wealth made its way to the US which was also a British colony after they killed and stole the land from the natives. Colonizers who then min maxed it by going all in on slavery, then when the motherland was asking for too much in taxes from their profits they broke away. The US was built with blood and money.

Thing is we're talking about trillionaires now, not millionaires. It might feel like they're pretty close right? Since it's million -> billion -> trillion it means that if you have a million dollars you're about 1/3 of the way to being a trillionaire right?

No, you'd be 0.0001% of the way there.
