If they're stalking them, they're hardly romantic partners are they? More like victims of stalking and overreach.

    These are cops were talking about, some of the most controlling people on the planet. I think it’s entirely plausible they were stalking/tracking people they were actively dating. I’m also going to guess that this isn’t just something they’ve started doing since they got access to this technology.
