Most of them do. Its majority white, climate resilient, and an island where they can have outsized influence with relatively few mercenaries.

Not a joke. There was also the idea that the food could be tied to an implant in the billionaire so when they die no food or water could be accessed.

Supposedly being nice and a good employer was suggested but laughed out of the room according to the social specialist hired to help brainstorm their slave control methods.
