even if you don't have children. Its really all about moderation. I don't like smart phones but I can see why people use them. I don't travel enough to have to use them to get information on the fly. I still throw the news on tv and use my laptop while at home. Main thing is interact with people when you have the opportunity and your family is around a lot. Moderation though.
