I'm like 80% sure the author has no idea this is a port of a physical board game. But yeah, the digital version is new. I think it's a good marketing play if nothing else. As a kid, I knew more Pokemon than I did birds and looking back on it, it's sad. I've been learning more about birds, insects, trees, plants, and fungi as I get older and it has been like unlocking aspects of the world. This is all to say, I think the original wingpsan is a good game, and I hope to see more like it that can teach actual facts. permalink fedilink source parent
