Americans are afraid of each other

They're afraid of someone knocking on the door

They're afraid their boss will fire them and they will lose their health insurance

They're afraid of other countries

I spend a lot of time in the US, and I've never seen anywhere with people constantly on edge. They're so used to it that they don't notice any more

I've never seen anywhere so ruled by fear

    Well if I was standing next to someone called "FistingEnthusiast" I might be quite fearful myself!
