There is often a lot of trial and error to find something that works for you. It's awkward and makes me stressed as hell. Feeling Good, by David Burns. It talks about thought patterns associated with depression. It helped me. It's not a magic bullet, but it's still worthwhile IMO. permalink fedilink source parent
