Well... Skyr is a jogurt, yes? A long-lasting high-calories food for storage, made from the high-calories food for a baby, no? Basically cheese minus (and i do like cheese and Skyr).

I mean, sure, there is worse you could eat for breakfast. But i do think the balance is off.
