You're saying you know more eighty year olds that aren't grandparents, than those that are? I guess that could be true. The youngest boomers are 61, and it's not a stretch that they waited until early 30s to have kids, nor that their kids are waiting (or in fact that they chose not to have kids). But it just goes to show that n=1 is a terrible sample size.
