If I go to Hormuz with some digging equipment and dig a channel trough Dubai, will I have solved the oil crisis?

Rocks are compressed sand, so we relax them a bit. Let them decompress, then dig them away.

Sounds like a flawless plan. Should only take a few million years for the mountains to "decompress"... 😊
