It doesn't have end to end encryption.

Your data is on their servers.

Free forever and we don't sell your data is a lie as old as time

    But if you host the app yourself, you can sell the data yourself!

    The risk is still there for the less tech savy.

    I usually think it'd be safer for everyone to not have this option, or to be e2e encrypted.

    Well, if you do not trust them, why would you trust them if they say they use e2e? If you don't have control over the other end, you can't be sure.

    So at least you can host the app on localhost 😆. Everyone has that option.
