Your voting is recorded, but not the actual candidates you voted for. In 2024, there were a lot of anecdotal reports from the swing states of people finding that their ballots had entirely disappeared, which was probably cases of ballots being challenged and tossed out. That's common in many states. Florida uses it routinely, to challenge votes in Democratic counties, until the vote whittles down to a slight Republican lead, and then they call the race. That's how both DeSatan and Rick Scott, and other Florida MAGAs, won by very slight fractions of a percent, against far more popular Democrats.

Vote challenges and dismissals are a major vote suppression tactic in Red states, and the media NEVER covers it.
