I don't know, have some schmuck file a lawsuit and then have a republican led Supreme Court escalate it then rule its unconstitutional. Though, I do fear the lengths they would go through to defeat an amendment. As we have witnessed its not beyond them to enlist nazis and foreign governments. I can't even imagine.
