I don't recognize this. Where in europe do they say it like that? We mostly use the 12 hour system to talk about time of day, but write in 24 hours. We say half past 11 in the US too. The real problem is languages that use "half 11" and it means 11:30 or 10:30 depending on where you are. permalink fedilink source parent
