Women after giving birth sometimes have much larger breasts especially after breastfeeding. I started with a small tiddy goth girl, then after breastfeeding two daughters, my wife is now a big tiddy goth girl.

If I remeber what they put correctly, i think it's a bit silly that it was moderated. There used to be a reddit inside joke called a switcheroo where you intentionally misinterpret the parent comment in a way that would have also made grammatical sense. The joke is the word play, its not deeper than that.
