Nope it's just the truth and you deny the truth because you don't like it. The truth is that men can never be women and women can never be men. What's really cruel is to try and convince these poor mentally ill people that their delusions are true and allow them to mutilate themselves for life to live out their sick fantasies instead of giving them the mental help they need.
