Well, I can make posts from the program. The goal was to prove it was viable. I'm hoping to make some moderator tools that can run client side -- have it spit out reports and things. One of the first thing I'll implement is just a notification that a post has occurred in a community I moderate, so I am at least aware that there's something I should check on.
