I think the overtake yoyo-ing that lasts 2 minutes is pretty boring tbh

I don't get this... before you had car A following car B, nothing happens.

Now you get both cars having a chance to exchange attacks and defense moves, in any of the 2 passes there could be a new strategy or a mistake that causes excitement in the race

Worse case scenario, you get 2 perfectly executed passes and end up in the same position until the next attempt... how is that more boring than watching 2 cars following one another with no passes AT ALL?
