actually I think I just watched an old West Wing episode about this recently. I beleive there is a rule about when and where you can carry plaquards, signs and posters, so he likely had to be removed by the rules but was doing it deliberately.

Not a criticism of the method, just explanatory.

    Honestly I think it's brilliant.

    Imagine having to go to some event where the speaker smells like diaper shit and dementia-rants for three hours.

    Bring a sign, get lots of photos, then forced to leave... All before a single geriatric shit smell hits your nose.

    Yea it's a great way for a congress member to protest. It's visible, you can control the narrative, and it's way more active the boycotting or going to the alternative state of the union put on by notable Pro-Clinton PAC MoveOn.org
