Steam version has all the new updates and features, it is what you'll want to choose. The og available from their website I believe is now depreciated since the stream launch but it is still a glorious piece of software the new graphics set and ui which makes playing a lot more user friendly. You can still get texture packs for the og version but I would still recommend supporting the creators and buying the game.
