For Americans that aren't getting it, you know how hard shell tacos are good, but taco bell wraps it in a tortilla sometimes for a bit of decadence? Toast is good, why doesn't it also deserve a jacket from time to time? OTOH, I have better sandwich fillings than just more bread, so I've never done it since.
