Gasoline, Diesel, napalm if you can get it, basically all vehicles are susceptible to having their engine compartment lit on fire since even if it doesn't destroy it outright something important will get cooked. Otherwise pits work great if you can build them, undermining a road could backfire but blowing up a overflow cistern could have a similar effect if needed.
