It's NOT illegal to say "with a mortar launcher" because it's most definitely an incomplete sentence that definitely had absolutely nothing to do with the President. Nope. Definitely not the President. No one at all.

Why would they be? There's nothing going on in the US and the president is a 'swell guy who everyone loves bigly. Everyone says it. Best president, so great. Biggest nucular weapons and peace.
