I like to be prepared for most situations, so this is the stuff I have in my backpack every day (top left to bottom right):

  • Two USB cables
  • USB charger
  • Pen
  • Deodorant
  • Tissues
  • Radiacode 102
  • Power bank
  • 2x USB C to A adapter
  • USB condom
  • Some emergency cash
  • Tape
  • Flipper zero
  • Multitool
  • Mints
  • Desinfectant
  • Wurkkos FC11C flashlight
  • Hair ties
  • Airtag
  • Earplugs
  • Sunscreen
  • FFP2 masks
  • Disposable gloves
  • Some meds / band aids

Additionally in my pockets:

  • Keys
  • Wallet
  • Bluetooth earbuds
  • Phone

I'd add one of those mylar thermal blankets as well, it can mean the difference between life and death in some situations where a person is suffering from shock and can't regulate their own temperature.
