Inplace replacing my Debian 11 host with Debian 13 and after completing the setup, restoring the files.

All in all, I am in it since 7pm (28th nov) and right now (1:23am) restoring the backed files.
Next stop: Setting up HWA :)

Edit: The migration is almost complete and I only need to configure my cron tasks.
In total the migration took until 4am.
So total time: About 9 hours :)
I am so done with it. I came from work, did IT troubleshooting work, came home and did another shift of almost the same work

Just made the switch from Linux Mint to debian13 w/ KDE Plasma myself. So far so good! I wanted to try Debian after using mostly Ubuntu and derivatives. What is HWA?

Not really a switch since it's only my server ;)

Regarding HWA: The server acts as my media server (with jellyfin).
To play incompatible media on my numerous devices, I need to transcode it.
That action is called "hardware acceleration" or HWA :)
