One gang in particular may have a set of baggage handlers which they will almost hire or rent out to another gang, to take a cut of the profits.

This really punches holes through the whole image of secure airport facility.

Makes you wonder that if they can smuggle drugs via air, how has no terrorist managed to smuggle a bomb onto a plane in this way?
