Like last night I had a dream about eating pussy. And a few days ago I had a dream about anal. And so on. I have vivid dreams and also often get sleep paralysis, but usually I lucid dream it away. Interestingly my lucid dreams are non-sexual usually. And it doesn't seem to matter whether or not I jerk off before going to bed, it's still the same likelihood of getting a sexual dream.

Do people with active sex lives get less sexual dreams I wonder?

Luckily not. It's more about things going wrong, discomfort, circumstances I wouldn't want to be in, etc. (Don't want to go into detail about that).
