Afternoon everyone,

I wanted to go over a few points related to pricing, stats and the roadmap

Pricing

  1. Sync for Lemmy is completely free with ads (the same as Sync for Reddit)

  2. You can remove ads in the account picker or drawer for a one time fee of ~$20

  3. Sync Ultra also removes ads but it's not required

  4. I'll be working on regional prices over the coming weeks

There are now 24k installed users up from 100 the previous day!

I'm going to be spending the next few days going through all of the comments / messages and fixing any crashes.

As always thanks for the support and hope you're liking Sync!

Lj

Perhaps you're missing that I am not demanding anything but saying it would be a nice nod to supporters of a product and a good PR move.

But it's good you aren't his PR team cuz you are very bad at communicating.

I'm bad at communicating because I don't think you should expect someone to give you a lifetime subscription on a new app because you purchased it on an old app for a totally different platform?

You should read the ToS before buying things. It'll save you entitlement.

So should you. You apparently don't understand what lifetime means.

The period of time during which property, an object, a process, or a phenomenon exists or functions.

Seems like your lifetime REDDIT sync subscription ended when the service stopped existing.

    Now let's define entitlement

belief that one is deserving of or entitled to certain privileges

Sounds exactly like the way you're acting.
