    Not anymore they're not... Unless it's all talk, but they have seriously backed away from this. It's a proven bad investment

    But I'm pretty sure there was an article that came out days after the raid saying that they just committed to investing another x billion in Georgia in spite of the raid.

    I don't have the link off hand, but someone probably does. Or if not, I could try finding it later.
