You can also legally deflate the tires by stabbing them with multiple steel nails.

This is unsafe, because it might lead to a catastrophic tire failure. A small pebble under the valve stem cap is much safer and equally effective.

This can be noticed and easily fixed, but a few ping pong balls in the gas tank won’t do permanent damage but will fuck up someone’s day.
