That's pretty funny, but the title makes it seem like he specifically targeted the girl.

It looks more like he threw it as a prank for the athletes, and it just so happened to hit a young girl.

    No it's pretty obvious that he wasn't targeting the girl, we're not saying he should be charged with various flavors of battery and sexual assault because we thought he meant it to hit her. And calling it just "a prank for the athletes" can fuck all the way off.

    No laughter required.

    No, not required, but overall or most or more than half or more frequently or insert synonym here for most...

    Generally a good practical joke will have the victim to be able to laugh after the fact and not be like you assaulted me. Assault isn't a joke.

    Since you don't know what most means you may not know what assault means ...

    violent physical attack, as with blows.

    What I'm saying, it's it doesn't matter the intent, assault isn't a joke. Throwing objects that can potentially cause injury isn't a practical joke at all.
