Bought it years ago on Etsy. Just looked in my email history, and it looks like it was from a user named HoldMyGear. Looks like they're still active, and they have a version for the ratcheting bit driver too.

I have a 3d printer, but it doesn't look like the stl is available anywhere. It's printed really well, though. I don't know what material it is, but it's held up a lot better than standard PLA or PETG would.

Edit: looks like he has one for the Surge as well.
