Like, if you are a D1 football player in college ready to be drafted in the NFL, you will not be a more athletic football player in 20 years, no matter what you do. But if you are an average lemming in college (obese, fingers covered in cheeto dust, only exercise is masturbation), then you can 100% get better and better every year. Similarly, if you're a slim, athletic Miami club thottie at 22, it'll be hard to beat that at 42.
