TLDR: Two people in a car hit someone and stop. Look under the car, see someone stuck and alive under there. So they decide to just.. keep driving, slowly grinding down the flesh of the victim still alive and feeling. Until eventually they die from their injuries.

Then later they forcefully pulled the dead corpse from the car, that took a few tries. And just left the corpse.

This is cold blooded murder. But using a car, that is semi legal for some reason
