Taco Bell is better than anything I’ve had in Mexico and I’ve been to all-inclusive resorts in Cancun and Puerto Vallarta.

    I know right? I've been to McDonalds in Italy and I don't understand why people get so hyped up about Italian food. It tasted basically the same as back home.

    I've also been to McDonalds in Italy (specifically, this one near the Spanish Steps in Rome) and it was objectively better than any McDonalds I've been to in the US. Never mind the cool mosaics and cross-vaulted ceilings; it had a gelateria in the front!

    (I have to admit, though, the McDonalds in the Amsterdam airport I also sampled during that trip had more unusual menu items.)
