It's every game I play so must be a default somewhere but I can't find it.

It was a problem with some foam which got thinner with age and a contact patch. I don’t know if the same thing could apply to a few years old Steam Deck, but the symptoms were exactly the same. permalink fedilink source hideshow 2 child comments replies: [–] MrNesser@lemmy.world [S] 3 points 1 year ago (2 children) Iv had it happen on the deck controls and 2 Bluetooth controllers so it seems system related permalink fedilink source parent hideshow 4 child comments replies: [–] Dariusmiles2123@sh.itjust.works 3 points 1 year ago Well that’s good news and you could maybe just reinstall everything if you don’t find another easier solution. permalink fedilink source parent [–] GreyEyedGhost@lemmy.ca 1 point 1 year ago (1 child) Check your keybindings for that game, and globally. Did you hook up macro that would do this? Was it for this game? Was it for a different game, but you set it up globally by accident? permalink fedilink source parent hideshow 2 child comments replies: [–] MrNesser@lemmy.world [S] 1 point 1 year ago (1 child) It's every game Not sure where I can find global key bindings permalink fedilink source parent hideshow 2 child comments replies: [–] GreyEyedGhost@lemmy.ca 1 point 1 year ago Hit the Steam button, go to Settings, then Controller. Go to the Non-Game Controller Layouts, do Edit or click the gear icon and do Reset. If that doesn't help then I'm not sure of the cause. permalink fedilink source parent
