I don't know but I appreciate the effort you went to place each spice in it's own little dish

When doing some Indian or Mexican recipes these little metal cups are absolutely essential for proper mise en place. I was saddened to discover that I had exactly one metal cup left over. Which means I have exactly the right number or I need 6 more.
