How to block users? (lemm.ee)

I know how to block entire communities, but there are users I see consistently posting vitriol and insults I’d like to avoid. I tried looking in the users profile and the menu on a comment. What am I missing?

It’s hidden in the post’s context menu. ;-)

(It should probably be in a comment’s context menu as well.)
