Maybe read the fuckin' article before writing a comment. Edit: Also, fuck newsweek for spreading panic and borderline false misleading information. permalink fedilink source hideshow 6 child comments replies: [–] Diplomjodler3@lemmy.world 22 points 1 year ago (1 child) After the third bottle of vodka, I too like to threaten everybody with nuclear war. The mainstream media are suppressing that information, though. permalink fedilink source parent hideshow 2 child comments replies: [–] nebulaone@lemmy.world 3 points 1 year ago (1 child) This guy knows. I disagree about mainstream media suppressing information, though (at least in germany). I have often checked with countless reputable independent sources and this simply isn't the case. permalink fedilink source parent hideshow 2 child comments replies: [–] Diplomjodler3@lemmy.world 4 points 1 year ago (1 child) I can positively confirm that the German mainstream media game never reported on my vodka fuelled antics. Might have to do with the fact that I prefer beer anyway. permalink fedilink source parent hideshow 2 child comments replies: [–] nebulaone@lemmy.world 1 point 1 year ago (1 child) Oh shit, my bad. Which, yeah, he's a mouthpiece for the Russian government, so that checks out, accuracy of the statement notwithstanding. permalink fedilink source parent hideshow 2 child comments replies: [–] nebulaone@lemmy.world 2 points 1 year ago I may have gotten a little angry after reading all of the first comments on this post. Even so, I wonder if this might not work as a devious plan for them. Give Iran a nuke, and if they use it offensively, they'll be the ones testing the rest of the world about what they're going to do about it without any risk of Russia getting turned into a steppe of glass. Israel might get destroyed, Iran might get destroyed, but Russia will survive. And if Iran survives, that gives Russia more confidence that they will too if they use a nuclear bomb. permalink fedilink source parent
