    Right? Accessing non-public information related to legal proceedings could very well be breaking the law. This is the sort of thing that could be actionable, in criminal or civil court.

    And now he's pissing off someone who has shown full willingness to weaponize the Justice department.

    But I also brought up civil court for a reason. Trump doesn't really have direct leverage there and the discovery process could be very interesting in a case like that. A victim involved in the Epstein case may very well have standing to bring a civil suit if Musk is making information that's harmful to them public.
