If we did that, we might as well just turn over all power to then and let them make our lives a living hell. (They certainly don't worry about what we think.) Prosecuting Trump for his crimes is the right thing to do. Nobody is above the law and Trump needs to face justice for his crimes. If he doesn't, we're just begging someone else to do the same thing, but be more successful at it. permalink fedilink source parent
