Thats exactly what i told. Left - unrealistic tight Ass while right the Ass looks more Natural. Meanwhile the legs and the folds in the knee look much more natural on the left while These legs in the right side are so Tide that the folds in the knee wouldnt happend cause too straff.

Edit: Oh yes, and that I prefer a natural look with vanilla. It's a statement about what I generally prefer, but it wasn't a statement that I find the vanilla version shown here more natural. But it's not just this game.
