I find your comment very interesting! Because I've always had issues with freezing at the dentist. All my life, dentists have been shocked when I tell them the freezing isn't working. They bonk a nerve just to prove I'm lying... then when I squeal they believe me. I've finally reached the "I'm not playing" phase of my life and I just flat out tell them "you're going to need 3x the regular freezing, this is my life" and that seems to have ended the constant battle of disbelief. Also even when they end up going ham with the needle and half my face feels paralyzed, it's all fine like 30 minutes after getting out of the chair. The entire freeze effect dissipates so quickly for me. I've had to be re-frozen many times mid-filling!
