If the earth is flat, what is at the center? Is North America at the center? I once tried projecting the NASA high res earth texture onto a flat disc in blender, for a laugh, and quickly ran into that problem. If the earth is flat, then how are the continents arranged, such that travel times AND the travel of celestial objects and constellations makes sense?
