I struggle with over consuming short vertical video.

I shaped my phone's environment to be a heathier environment for me, but it wasn't simple.

  1. uninstall the YouTube app
  2. switch to Firefox on mobile
  3. install ublock origin
  4. add filters to block shorts from. YouTube
  5. add YouTube.com to my home screen to mimik the app.
